Okay, so obviously I can’t eat all that I prepare for my I DREAM A BRUNCH Experiences; so, a few of you inquired, “So, what do YOU EAT?”
So, for real, for real, Sunday breakfast for me and Grannie is more like this - Of course, and only ONE of My SLAP Biscuits (often experimental) with fresh-made fruit compote (Strawberries, Cherries & Cranberries), ONE egg with cheese, sometimes a meat, like smoked salmon, ONE slice of bacon or sausage (you can’t tell, but that’s half a link) and roasted vegetables; though here, I did sautéed spinach & sweet onions, instead of home-fried potatoes (l bet you thought they were potatoes; you wouldn’t even miss) AND NOTICE all on a small plate, to KEEP IT REAL, while FEELING plentiful!
