Centrally located (DC/MD/VA), my guests will enjoy a staggering selection of restaurants, sight-seeing (by trolley, double decker bus, river boat tour, etc.), including the usual suspects—museums, monuments, movies, theater, sports, night-life entertainment, casinos, shopping—boutique, antique, thrift, flea/farmers/outdoor markets, outlet/mall shopping and the list goes on....

Just off the I-95 / 495 / 295 / 210 corridors and only a 20-minute drive, Metro train, bus, Uber/Lyft, taxi/limo or water taxi ride to downtown DC’s historic tourist, government, business, international trade and multi-cultural entertainment districts,10 minutes across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge into Old Town Alexandria, VA, 15 minutes from Reagan National Airport, within 40 minutes from Dulles and BWI Airports and 20 minutes from Union Station.

Please don’t be deceived by the close proximity on Maps; while I am minutes/.2 miles in the backyard of National Harbor—a gated community, there is no rear access point; so, depending on where at the Harbor you’re going, you must drive (3-8 minutes) the long way around; so, car/Uber Transportation is necessary.
