SHIRLEY’S ROOM—Standard-size boudoir-ish room, featuring queen-size, antique-iron bed (sleeps 2) with pillowy accents of Teal & Peacock Blues & Karats of Gold & Copper, celebrating her natural beauty with a wall gallery of images of the women in our family—In Honor of Our Queendom.  NOTE:  Shared full & half baths and, I will admit, frankly, the bed is too big for the dang room, but I just couldn’t part with it’s uniqueness! It’s one of those heavy iron beds you pass down generations. You’ll see! Though, my apologies for the tight space!

All in reverence to our heritage, in particular, as it honors Our Queendom—The Crown Jewel, My Beautiful (and I mean, naturally inside and out) Aunt Shirley, whom I’ve the fortune to favor in every way—she was always welcoming, giving, sharing, supporting, loving, laughing, justa singing and dancing, sewing, oh, she loved to cook, too, and did I mention, bargain shopping.
